The Ladybird Room

This is our 2 and 3 year old room. A spacious 24 place room with access to their very own outdoor area as well as the larger garden. Louise Breakell is the room supervisor in here leading a team of 9 other staff members.

The staff ratio is 1:5 for 2 year olds and 1:8 for 3 year olds so there are always plenty of hands to get involved and join in with the children.

The room is thoughtfully laid out to provide the children with a wide variety of equipment to explore and discover during their time with us.

Activities are planned specifically and developed during play around the children's needs and interests as well as being fun and active! We know that children like to be active and involved so by having this in mind during our interactions, we are able to keep them interested and engaged.

Children have access to the bathroom to support their self-care skills and independence but, of course, are supported to develop the necessary skills.
