How do I register my child?

If you are interested in your child attending either of our sites we recommend that you call to arrange a visit, so we can show you round and talk with you about what you are looking for and answer any questions you may have. Please see the Contact Us tab for details.

 

What sessions do you offer?

Our two settings offer a variety of different sessions, to hopefully suit your childcare needs. Full information regarding the sessions available can be found in the appropriate site tab - Riverside or Laceby Acres on the top of the page.

 

Does my child automatically get a place?

Unfortunately, not both settings have a waiting list for places, as much as we try to accommodate everyone we only have a certain amount of spaces we are able to provide. Once placed on the waiting list we will keep you updated about when a space becomes available, we ask that if your circumstances change then you let us know so we are able to amend the waiting list.

 

Please note being placed on the waiting list does not guarantee a place.

 

What do I do if my child leaves?

If you no longer require childcare with us, we ask for 4 weeks’ notice of leaving or 4 weeks fees in lieu of the notice period. This is fully explained when parents register their child and included within our terms and conditions (available within our Policy section)

 

I have a special skill which I'd love to share...

We love to have visits from Parents or people from the local community to share their skills or interests with our children. Please talk to the manager to discuss and we can make arrangements.
