First Aid

The parent or carer of a child who is about to enter our nursery is requested to sign an authorisation which will, in the case of an emergency, allow our staff to seek medical care where appropriate.

Our staff have received training in Paediatric First Aid. They also receive regular updates to this training.

First Aid boxes are located on our playrooms.

Accident Book

We are required by law to maintain an accident book. All accidents and potentially harmful incidents are recorded. Parents/Carers are informed of any incident, however trivial, and requested to sign the accident book at the end of the appropriate session.
